Start with a Buffalo Groves Hump Roast.
Take out the crock pot (again), spray it with non-stick spray. Toss in your hump roast then pour
on a jar (or two, depending on the size of your roast and crock pot), of Aspen Leaf Gourmet's
MoHo Nuevo sauce. That's it!
Cook it all day on low.
If you can't find the MoHo, you can substitute with green enchilada sauce, either works well,
but we really prefer the MoHo.
Serve it with pinto or refried beans, tortillas, etc. Shredded up it makes great tasting buffalo
burritos (and it's good for tamales for too).
